The story of Melissa and Tom's wedding was one told in green and ivory, unhurried and quietly assured. On the eighth of May, their day began down south at the iconic Masseria, where a linen welcome banner moved gently between the vines and a white draped archway framed the aisle. Guests gathered on the lawn, the light soft through the fabric, as Melissa and Tom made their way toward one another.
As the celebration moved indoors, the day found its Italian heart. Cream linen, olive velvet, silver, and candlelight low across every table. Each place was set with care, a folded menu tied by hand in soft olive ribbon and a name waiting where a name should be. The same green ran through everything, the border of a place card, the edge of a menu, the ribbon at the bar, so no piece stood alone and the whole room read as one considered thought.
A quiet highlight was the concierge-style seating, where every guest had their own card, name on the front and table beneath, laid out to be found rather than searched for. A small shift from signage to welcome, and it set the tone for the evening ahead.
From the first invitation to the last menu set down, every piece told a cohesive story. The shaped edges and layered greens were not just paper and ink, they were the memory of a day built with restraint and warmth, and a love as steady and beautiful as the vineyard it began in.
