At Felicitations, we believe that receiving your stationery should feel as effortless as unboxing joy. Every order is carefully packed, tracked, and sent with intention — from our studio to your celebration.


How We Ship

Once your order has been printed, quality-checked, and beautifully packed, it will be ready to ship. We carefully box all items for safe transit, with bubble wrap used for larger or delicate pieces. Orders are dispatched via trusted couriers with Authority to Leave, unless you request otherwise during checkout.

If you’re concerned about delivery security, we recommend using a business address or a location where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Prefer to collect your order in person? You're welcome to pick it up directly from our studio in Osborne Park. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient pickup time that suits your schedule.


Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping (Australia-wide): $40 AUD

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $600 AUD

  • Oversized Items: Acrylic wishing wells, A1-long, and A0 signage are excluded from the flat rate and will be quoted based on your location.


Our Carriers

For Australian deliveries, we partner with Australia Post and Sendle. For international orders, we use reliable global carriers like DHL and USPS.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our hands.


International Orders

We’re happy to ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply based on your local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Check with your country’s customs office for more information before placing your order.


Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

Domestic (Australia):

  • Metro WA: 2–4 business days

  • Other major cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

International:

  • Standard: 14–45 business days

  • Expedited: 5–15 business days

  • Express: 4–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to carrier conditions and external factors beyond our control.


Once It Leaves Us

Shipping begins when your order leaves our studio. While we’ll do everything we can to help, Felicitations is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. That includes:

  • Missed delivery windows

  • Transit damage

  • Parcels marked as delivered but not received

We recommend reaching out to the courier directly with your tracking number if issues arise. We’ll always assist where possible — but once your parcel is on its way, it’s in their hands.


Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and affected items. We'll guide you through the next steps and help coordinate with the courier. Please note: we cannot automatically reprint items damaged during transit unless the courier accepts responsibility.


Third-Party Pickups

If someone else is collecting your order, they assume full responsibility from the moment it leaves our studio.
