How long is the consultation?

Our wedding stationery consultations typically run for 30 to 45 minutes. This gives us time to get to know your wedding style, review your ideas, explore different print finishes, and guide you through options for your invitation suite and on-the-day stationery. Whether you book an in-studio appointment in Perth or a virtual session, we make sure it’s relaxed, informative, and all about you.

What should I bring or prepare?

Bring along any inspiration you love — think Pinterest boards, photos, fabric swatches, or even your colour palette. These help us understand your vision and design something that reflects your day perfectly.

We encourage you to email us your inspiration images before your consultation to help us prepare samples, textures, or finishes that align with your style. But don’t stress if you’re not sure — we’ll guide you through it step by step.

Can I bring my planner or a friend?

Absolutely. Your planner, stylist, best friend, or even your mum is more than welcome to join. Designing your custom wedding invitations can be a collaborative experience, and we love when our couples bring their support crew along — especially if they have a good eye for design!

Is there a fee?

No — our wedding stationery consultations are completely complimentary. We believe that starting the process with clarity, creativity, and trust is essential. You’re under no obligation to order — it’s simply a relaxed way to explore ideas, materials, and pricing tailored to your event.

What happens after the consultation?

After your consultation, we’ll prepare a tailored quote based on your chosen styles, finishes, and quantities. If you're still finalising your numbers or timeline, we’re happy to provide a flexible estimate. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll take a deposit to begin design. You’ll receive a digital proof for review, and we’ll keep you updated through every stage — from design refinement to final production and delivery.

How far in advance should I book my wedding stationery consultation?

We recommend booking your wedding stationery consultation at least 4–6 months before your wedding date, especially if you’re interested in premium finishes like letterpress, foil, or custom die-cut shapes. This allows plenty of time for design, proofing, and production — and gives you peace of mind during the busy months of planning.
