After your design consult, we’ll craft your first bespoke concept based on your event, vision, and preferences. You’ll have two full rounds of revisions with your designer to refine wording, layout, fonts, and colours — the good stuff.
Try a fresh perspective
Still unsure after two rounds?
You’re welcome to switch to a new design or a different designer and explore a fresh direction. We’ll create a brand-new initial concept based on your updated brief, with one more round of edits to refine it.
Cancel confidently
You’re in love, or you’re refunded.
If, after completing this full creative process, you still don’t feel your design is right, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund — as long as final print approval hasn’t been given. It’s not just thoughtful design. It’s thoughtful policy.

Need your invitations by a specific date? We’ll work backwards from your timeline to ensure seamless delivery.
