Can I change the colours and wording from the examples?

Absolutely. Any design can be adapted to your chosen palette. After checkout, you will receive a Design Questionnaire where you can select your colours and provide your specific wording. Our designers will then typeset your details to ensure the layout remains sophisticated and balanced.

Are place cards necessary for my wedding?

Place cards are essential for formal, sit-down receptions or events with assigned seating, as they guide guests to their specific seats with ease and elegance. While they are optional for more casual or cocktail-style celebrations, they still serve as a thoughtful touch that enhances your overall table styling.

How do I submit my guest names for printing?

After your order is placed, we provide a structured, easy-to-complete template to help you submit your guest list. Our professional designers then manually typeset each name, focusing on optical spacing and typographic balance to ensure every card is a work of art.

What if I don’t have my final menu or guest list yet?

This is very common. You can secure your design and production slot now and provide your final menu text and guest list closer to the wedding. We require the final guest list just a few days before we begin the printing process.

What is the difference between flat and folded place cards?

A classic folded place card stands independently, adding a dimensional architectural element to your tablescape. A modern flat design is intended to rest gracefully on a napkin or be tucked into a menu, offering a sleek, minimalist aesthetic.

Do I need last names on my place cards?

While first names are the most common and intimate choice, including full names adds a polished, formal layer to your table. Using full names or initials is also a practical way to avoid confusion if you have multiple guests with the same first name seated at the same table.

When should I place my order?

To ensure a seamless design and production experience, we recommend securing your seating chart at least 5 to 6 weeks before your wedding date. We understand that guest lists are often the final piece of the puzzle; booking early ensures your production slot is reserved, even if your names aren't finalised.

Yes. We are pleased to provide complimentary tracked shipping Australia-wide on all welcome sign orders. Your signage is flat-packed in reinforced, studio-grade packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, whether you are in Perth, Sydney, or beyond.

Proofing Process: You will receive a digital proof of your design for review. We do not go to print until you have personally approved the layout and details.

The Design Phase

  • Step 1 | The Design Brief: Immediately after checkout, you will receive a link to our Design Questionnaire. This is where you provide your wording, select your palette, and share any specific layout requests.
  • Step 2 | The Digital Proof: Within 3 business days of receiving your details, your dedicated designer will provide a digital proof with your typography perfectly typeset for your review.
  • Step 3 | Refinement: Your investment includes two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is perfect. Once you provide "Print Approval," your design is locked for production.

The Production Phase

Once approved, your signage is meticulously crafted in our Perth studio.

  • Cardstock: 7-10 business days.
  • Fabric : 15 business days.
  • Priority Atelier (Rush): If your wedding is fast approaching, we offer expedited production (4 business days for digital or 1 week for Fabric) for an additional fee. Please contact us to ensure studio availability.

When should I finalise my menu text? We recommend finalising your menu and guest list at least 4 weeks before your wedding. We require your final guest name list 48 hours before we begin the printing process.

What about dietary requirements? We can incorporate dietary notes into your main design at no additional cost. Alternatively, we can print a small number of separate menus for guests with specific needs to ensure they feel considered.

How do I ensure a cohesive look? By selecting the Coordinate With My Invitation, we will adapt the typography and colour palette from your Felicitations invitation suite to your menus for a flawless, high-end reception aesthetic.
