A one-off design deposit holds your spot in our studio calendar. Printing is invoiced separately once your design is approved.
Estimate only — final details, quantities and embellishments are confirmed after your design deposit. Once your design is approved, we'll issue your final print invoice before production begins. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Your design deposit secures your spot. We'll send a short questionnaire to gather your wording, preferences and event details.
We Create Your First Concept
First design concepts arrive within 3 to 7 business days. From there, we refine everything together, fine-tuning details.
Approve, Confirm, Print
Confirm final quantities and print selections. We'll invoice the print stage and once approved, ship Australia-wide.

Yes. If you start with Felicitations Studio Collection and decide you'd like the creative freedom of Tailored Touch or Bespoke, you simply pay the difference.
