Here's How We Work Together
01: Choose your path
Whether you're starting with Save the Dates, curating a full invitation suite, or finalising on-the-day stationery, your journey begins here. Select the path that fits your timeline and your vision - Felicitations Studio Collection, Tailored Touch, or Bespoke Design - and reserve your place in our design calendar.
02: Secure your design
A design deposit locks your tier, your pricing, and your spot. You're paying for the design phase only - nothing is committed to print yet, and your guest count and final quantities stay flexible.
Tailored Touch and Bespoke Design are protected by our Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee.
03: Personalise your story
After your deposit, you'll receive a personalisation form - names, dates, wording, colours, and any embellishment preferences. This is where your story moves from your head onto the page.
04: Design & refine
You'll collaborate one-on-one with your designer through digital proofs and refinement rounds - two for Felicitations Studio Collection, four for Tailored Touch, eight for Bespoke Design. Nothing moves forward until each detail feels exactly right.
05: Approve & confirm quantities
Once you've given written approval on the design, you'll confirm your final quantities. Your phase invoice is issued, and the full balance for that phase becomes due. Nothing prints until your approval and payment are both in.
Your quote remains flexible until that moment — adjust quantities, add or remove pieces, or skip a phase entirely.
06: Print, hand-finish, and deliver
We print using your chosen finish, hand-assemble your suite in our Perth studio, and ship Australia-wide with tracked, premium courier. Every piece is meticulously packed for the unboxing - because the moment your guests open the envelope is the first moment of your wedding.
The Felicitations promise to Tailored Touch & Bespoke Design clients
If your design isn't right, you can switch designers, start fresh with a new concept, and refine it with one more round. If it's still not right after that, cancel and receive a full refund - provided final print approval hasn't been given.

Before you begin
When do I pay the full amount?
You don't pay the full amount upfront. Your design deposit secures your tier and the design phase. Each phase of stationery - Save the Dates, invitations, on-the-day - is invoiced separately, only after you've approved the design and confirmed your final quantities. Nothing prints until that phase is paid in full.
What's the total cost of each tier, not just the deposit?
The deposit covers the design phase. Print costs depend on quantity, paper, and finishing - billed only after you approve your proof. Typical full investment: Studio $850–$1,800, Tailored Touch $1,800–$3,500, Bespoke $4,500–$12,000. We give an exact number after your suite is configured.

Why are there three tiers and not just one custom service?
Because not every couple wants the same level of involvement. Some have a vision and want to build it from scratch. Others have ten weeks and need invitations now. Most are in the middle — they want it to feel theirs without managing a six-week design process. Three paths, three different couples, all the same craft.
Can I change tiers partway through?
Yes. Your deposit follows you up. Deposit from Studio applies to Tailored Touch, and from Tailored Touch applies to Bespoke. No penalty, no paperwork.
What if I start a Discovery call thinking I'm Bespoke and you tell me Tailored Touch is right for me?
That's exactly what Discovery is for. We'll tell you honestly. Most couples who come in expecting Bespoke leave knowing Tailored Touch was the right call — saving them weeks and a meaningful chunk of their budget.
Is there a difference in paper or printing quality across tiers?
None. The same European papers. The same letterpress, hot foil, and laser-cut equipment. The same hands. The only differences are how much customisation, how many concepts, and how much time the design process takes.
Do you ship outside Perth?
Yes — Australia-wide with tracked courier, and internationally for Bespoke commissions.
