Print on something other than paper.
Acrylic wedding invitations use UV print, a technique that bonds scratch-resistant ink directly to the surface of the acrylic. The colours sit crisp, the typography holds its edge, and the finish does not yellow over time. We print every piece in-house at our Osborne Park studio.
Couples choose acrylic when they want their stationery to feel modern and contemporary - light catches the surface, the design floats inside the panel, and guests register the difference the moment the envelope opens. Acrylic also extends well beyond the invitation suite into on-the-day signage.
Acrylic Options
Choose your acrylic.
Four acrylic families, each available with UV-print or laser etching. We will help you choose the finish that lifts your palette and the technique that fits your style.

Coloured & Mirror Acrylic
From gold, silver and rose mirror to bold black and solid colours, this is the finish for couples who want drama. Reflective surfaces catch candlelight and the eye; solid colours make a high-contrast statement with white ink. Matched to your wedding palette, and carries beautifully through to table numbers, signage and cake toppers.

Custom Shapes
Why settle for a rectangle? Square, rounded, arched, or a silhouette drawn entirely for your day. Edges polished, drilled for ribbon, or laser-cut to any outline - oval, hexagon, circle and beyond. The shape becomes part of the design, and the detail that makes the suite unmistakably yours.

Our Most Popular Acrylic Options
The acrylic our couples love most - seven finishes, from glass-clear to moody black. Feel the weight, catch the light, choose your favourites. Request a swatch set and we'll send it your way.

Made to be kept.
Paper sets a tone. Acrylic makes an entrance. Light pours through clear and frosted panels, mirror catches the candlelight and throws it back, and solid colour lands with a weight paper can only dream of. It's the invitation guests turn over in their hands, hold up to the window - and absolutely do not throw out.
It's made for couples with a contemporary eye - minimalist type, bold colour, modern florals. And it rarely stops at the invitation: welcome signs, seating charts, menus, table numbers and place cards carry through in the same material, cohesive from envelope to venue.
Beyond the Invitation
Acrylic carries through the day.
An acrylic invitation rarely lives alone. The same material carries through from the first impression to the last toast - welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers, menus, place cards and favours - for a fully cohesive on-the-day suite.
The Full Suite
Pair acrylic with the rest of the suite.
Acrylic brings the drama; the details bring the warmth. The most considered suites layer it with paper, ribbon, wax or a custom envelope to create softness and add texture.
Begin with the Studio Collection from $200.
Several Studio Collection designs translate beautifully to acrylic. Deposit from $200 secures your suite. Acrylic adds a print premium because of material and finishing, but the design fee remains the same.
FAQs
Acrylic Wedding Invitations FAQ
Everything couples ask before they commit to acrylic. If your question is not here, book a Free Design Discovery and we will walk you through it.
What is UV print on acrylic?
UV print is a digital printing technique that cures ink instantly with ultraviolet light, bonding it to the acrylic surface. The print is scratch-resistant, does not yellow with age, and holds typography with crisp edges. We UV print all acrylic stationery in our Perth studio.
What thickness do you use?
3mm acrylic is our standard for invitations, place cards, and table numbers. 5mm is recommended for welcome signs, seating charts, and anything A2 or larger. The thicker acrylic holds weight and stands without warping.
How do you ship acrylic invitations?
In rigid mailers with padded interiors. Larger or heavier suites ship in custom boxes. Acrylic is more durable than paper but still benefits from considered packaging. Australian shipping is reinforced as standard, international packaging is upgraded on request.
Can acrylic be combined with paper?
Yes - and often should be. The acrylic carries the main invitation, paper details cards sit alongside it. The contrast of materials gives the suite depth and softens the modern edge of acrylic alone.
How much do acrylic wedding invitations cost?
Design deposits begin at $200 (Studio Collection), $300 (Tailored Touch), or $600 (Bespoke). Acrylic adds a print premium because of material cost, UV print time, and finishing (drilling, polishing, cutting). Use our guided pricing tool for a clear estimate.
How long does acrylic production take?
2 to 3 weeks from artwork approval for invitations. Welcome signs and seating charts take 3 to 4 weeks depending on scale and finishing. Book 4 to 6 months out from your wedding date to allow for design and revisions.
Do you ship acrylic wedding invitations Australia-wide?
Yes. Every piece is UV-printed and hand-finished in our Osborne Park studio and shipped to couples across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, the Gold Coast, regional Australia, and internationally on request.
