Your Design Fee reserves your place in production and begins your design. We'll send a short questionnaire for your wording, details and preferences.
Design & refine
Your first proof arrives in 3 to 5 days. We refine it with you over digital proofs, fine-tuning every detail. Adjust quantities or finishes anytime.
Approve, confirm & deliver
Nothing prints without your written approval. We print, hand-finish in Perth, and ship Australia-wide, tracked.

What does the Design Fee cover?
Your Design Fee begins your design, reserves your spot in our studio, and goes toward your final total. It covers the design phase: your concept, your digital proofs and your revision rounds. Printing is invoiced separately, once you approve your design.
What happens if my guest numbers change?
They usually do. You confirm final quantities just before each phase goes to print, not when you pay your Design Fee. You can add, remove, or adjust pieces any time before approval.
Can I upgrade my design tier later?
Yes. If you start with Studio Collection and want the creative freedom of Tailored Touch or Bespoke, you pay the difference.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
We ship to every state and territory - tracked, insured, and packed to arrive in perfect condition.
