1. Submit Your Vision
Check your inbox immediately after purchase for your Creative Brief. Wording, dates, colours, aesthetic references - this is where it all begins. The more you give us, the more precisely we can work.
2. Receive Three Directions
Within five business days, your senior designer will send three distinct concept directions - each one built entirely around your references.
Three interpretations. Three design directions. Three ways of seeing your wedding on paper. Most couples know immediately which direction is theirs. You choose the direction that feels right, or tell us which elements to carry forward.
3. Refine & Approve
Four dedicated revision rounds are included. We adjust colours, fonts, spacing, layout - everything - until every detail is right. When you're ready, you give the word and we go to print.

Tailored Touch is an elevated blend of existing designs. Our bespoke service is for the couple who wants to start from a true blank slate. This service includes custom illustrations, watercolour images, and entirely new designs built from the ground up, with unlimited creative scope.
How does the 5-day design turnaround work?
Five business days applies to the delivery of your three initial concepts from the moment we receive your completed Creative Brief. Revisions typically take 3–7 days depending on feedback speed. Most couples have an approved design within two weeks.
Can I mix elements from different concepts?
Yes. Tell us which direction you want to lead with and which elements from the other concepts you'd like to carry across. That's exactly what the revision rounds are for.
What if I don't connect with any of the three directions?
We'll talk through what isn't landing and create a focused new direction within your included rounds. It hasn't failed yet — but the process is designed so it never needs to.
How does your Designed-to-Delight Guarantee work?
