- Submit Your Vision - Check your inbox immediately after purchase for our Studio Form. Wording, dates, colour notes - this is where it all begins.
- Receive Your Proof - Within 3 business days, your designer will send a digital proof, expertly typeset and ready for your eyes.
- Refine & Approve - Two rounds of revisions are included. When every detail is right, you give the word - and we go to print.

Every Felicitations Studio Collection order includes expert typesetting by a senior designer, two rounds of revisions, and a 3-business-day turnaround from details to proof. You also receive guest name printing on invitations, premium envelopes, a keepsake suite for your photographer, and access to our wording library - all included as standard.

- Days 1–3 - Your designer sends your first digital proof.
- Revisions - Two rounds included. Once you approve, we move to print.

- Fine Art Digital - 7–10 business days.
- Luxury Finishes (Foil / Letterpress) - 4 weeks.

What can I change, and what stays fixed?
The fonts and graphic elements of each Felicitations Studio Collection design are fixed - this is what gives each suite its signature look. Everything else is yours to define: wording, quantities, paper stock, print method, envelope colour, and embellishments.
What does the artwork cost cover?
Your deposit secures your place in our studio calendar and covers the complete design journey - typesetting, proofing, and two rounds of revisions for each phase. The final invoice for your stationery printing will be issued based on the quantities, paper, and luxury print finishes you choose.
What if I change my mind after paying the artwork cost?
You can change, add, or remove items at any point before you give final print approval. Nothing goes to print until you say so. Please note that once your first design proof has been delivered, the artwork deposit is non-refundable - it secures your designer's time and initiates the creative process. If you'd like to upgrade to Tailored Touch or Bespoke before your proof is delivered, your deposit is transferable.
How does the 3-day design turnaround work?
The 3-day turnaround applies to the delivery of your initial digital proof from your designer, provided we have received your completed wording form. This expedited process ensures your project maintains momentum, getting your invitations into production faster than traditional custom design services.
Is the guest name printing truly complimentary?
Yes, absolutely. Guest name printing is included in the Felicitations Studio Collection invitation card as standard. We believe a high-end, polished finish should be effortless, which is why we include this detail as part of the Felicitations luxury standard.
Please note that the digital invitation is supplied without guest name personalisations.
