Some weddings begin with a colour palette. Others begin with a feeling.

For Eva and Jono, the vision was one of quiet romance - soft, intimate and deeply considered. Planned alongside the creative direction of Danielle from Aron James Creative, every element was designed to feel like it had always belonged within the gardens of Margaret River Secret Garden.

Their celebration welcomed just over 40 of their closest family and friends, allowing every detail to feel personal and every guest to feel part of the story.

A Stationery Suite Inspired by a Single Detail

Every wedding has a starting point.

For Eva and Jono, it was their custom floral napkins.

The delicate botanical illustrations became the foundation for the entire stationery collection. Rather than introducing competing patterns, we echoed those florals through subtle line work, creating a cohesive visual thread that carried throughout the day.

The result was a collection that felt effortlessly connected - from the first invitation guests received to the final place setting waiting for them at dinner.

Soft Colour, Elegant Shapes

A palette of ivory, blush, soft green and warm neutrals created a timeless foundation, while layers of texture gave the design warmth and depth.

Oval silhouettes became the defining shape throughout the suite.

The invitations introduced the aesthetic, while matching oval menus continued the motif at each place setting. The curved forms softened the overall design and complemented the organic surroundings of the venue beautifully.

The stationery collection included:

Each piece was designed as part of one complete story rather than individual items.

Designed for the Venue

Margaret River Secret Garden already offers an incredible backdrop, so the goal wasn't to compete with the surroundings - it was to complement them.

As guests moved through the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, the stationery evolved alongside each space.

Romantic florals. Soft typography. Gentle botanical illustrations. Elegant shapes.

Together they created a visual language that felt consistent without ever feeling repetitive.

As you move through the gallery, you'll notice a romantic foundation threaded with modern touches and our signature elegant aesthetic, creating a look that aligned beautifully with every corner of the venue and every moment of the celebration.

Intimate by Design

With just over 40 guests, Eva and Jono's wedding proved that intimate celebrations can still feel incredibly luxurious.

Rather than relying on scale, the design focused on thoughtful details - the kind guests notice when they sit down, pick up a menu or find their place card waiting for them.

These small moments are often the ones remembered most.

The Overall Aesthetic

The overall styling embraced:

  • Soft blushes, whites and fresh greens
  • Delicate floral illustrations
  • Organic oval shapes
  • Layered textures
  • Romantic candlelight
  • Modern elegance with timeless appeal

It was refined without feeling formal, romantic without becoming overly traditional, and perfectly suited to the garden setting.
