What happens next?

Immediately after purchase, you will receive a link to our Design Questionnaire. Once you submit your details, we begin the design phase. You will receive a digital proof to review, and your investment includes two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure every name and date is perfect before we move to print.

Can I change the colours and wording from the examples?

Absolutely. Any design can be adapted to your chosen palette. After checkout, you will receive a Design Questionnaire where you can select your colours and provide your specific wording. Our designers will then typeset your details to ensure the layout remains sophisticated and balanced.

Can I have guest names printed on each menu?

Absolutely. We offer complimentary guest name printing to create a seamless, dual-purpose piece that acts as both a menu and a place card. After your order is placed, we provide a template to help you easily submit your guest list.

What if I don’t have my final menu or guest list yet?

This is very common. You can secure your design and production slot now and provide your final menu text and guest list closer to the wedding. We require the final guest list just a few days before we begin the printing process.

What is the difference between flat and folded place cards?

A classic folded place card stands independently, adding a dimensional architectural element to your tablescape. A modern flat design is intended to rest gracefully on a napkin or be tucked into a menu, offering a sleek, minimalist aesthetic.

When should I place my order?

To ensure a seamless design and production experience, we recommend securing your seating chart at least 5 to 6 weeks before your wedding date. We understand that guest lists are often the final piece of the puzzle; booking early ensures your production slot is reserved, even if your names aren't finalised.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes. We are pleased to provide complimentary tracked shipping Australia-wide on all welcome sign orders. Your signage is flat-packed in reinforced, studio-grade packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, whether you are in Perth, Sydney, or beyond.

Proofing Process: You will receive a digital proof of your design for review. We do not go to print until you have personally approved the layout and details.

The Design Phase

  • Step 1 | The Design Brief: Immediately after checkout, you will receive a link to our Design Questionnaire. This is where you provide your wording, select your palette, and share any specific layout requests.
  • Step 2 | The Digital Proof: Within 3 business days of receiving your details, your dedicated designer will provide a digital proof with your typography perfectly typeset for your review.
  • Step 3 | Refinement: Your investment includes two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is perfect. Once you provide "Print Approval," your design is locked for production.

The Production Phase

Once approved, your signage is meticulously crafted in our Perth studio.

  • Acrylic & Foam Board: 10 business days.
  • Fabric : 15 business days.
  • Priority Atelier (Rush): If your wedding is fast approaching, we offer expedited production (4 business days for Board/Acrylic or 1 week for Fabric) for an additional fee. Please contact us to ensure studio availability.
