Check your inbox immediately after purchase for our Design Form. This is where you submit your wording, colour choices, and collection notes.

2. The Design Proof
Your senior designer will email your digital proofs for review:

  • Studio: Receive a perfectly balanced layout of your chosen design within 3 business days.
  • Curated: Within 5 business days, your designer will present 3 unique concepts. You review, compare, and select the direction that resonates most.

3. Refine & Print
We fine-tune the details to ensure every piece is flawless:

  • Studio: Includes 2 rounds of design revisions.
  • Curated: Includes 4 rounds of design revisions.

Once you give the final sign-off, we move straight to production.

What is the difference between the Studio Selection and your Curated Collection?

The difference lies in the level of creative customisation.

Studio Selection: This is our most efficient tier. You select from a portfolio of our most successful, iconic pre-designed layouts. You personalise the wording, select your luxury print finishes, and receive two complimentary rounds of revisions. It's a strategic shortcut to guaranteed elegance.

Curated Collection: This is a co-creative process. You provide inspiration, and your designer develops three personalised concept directions using elements from our 25-year archive. It offers greater creative freedom and more rounds of changes for a truly unique look, bridging the gap between ready-made and bespoke.

Personalisation in the Studio Selection is focused on efficiency and ensuring your details are flawlessly presented. You will:

  • Choose from our range of premium paper stocks and envelope colours, print methods, and luxury embellishments.
  • Receive two complimentary rounds of revisions to perfect your text and layout.

Personalisation in the Curated Collection is a co-creative partnership designed for those seeking a unique visual identity. You will:

  • Receive three distinct design directions, each featuring bespoke typography and curated layouts tailored to your vision.
  • Work directly with a dedicated designer to develop your aesthetic through up to four rounds of revisions.
  • Access exclusive artistry, including optional hand-drawn elements or a custom-designed monogram to make your suite truly one-of-a-kind.
  • Select from our full library of premium paper stocks, luxury print methods, and bespoke finishes to anchor your event's style.
  • Receive your initial concepts within five business days, backed by our signature Designed-to-Delight Guarantee.
When should I send my Save the Dates?

We recommend sending your Save the Dates 10–12 months before your wedding. For destination weddings or celebrations falling on holiday weekends, 16 months is ideal to give your guests ample time to arrange travel and accommodation.

Ordering Timeline: We suggest placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your intended send date. Please allow an additional time if you have selected specialty finishes like Metallic Foil or Letterpress, as these techniques require extra production time.

How many should I order?

Remember that you only need one per household, not one per guest. We always recommend ordering an additional 10–15% as spares for last-minute guest list additions and for your photographer’s flat-lay captured on the wedding day.

The Digital Advantage: If you find you have missed a guest or need to share your news instantly while waiting for your physical cards to arrive, you can always send your Digital Save the Date (included in your package) via mobile or email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary tracked shipping Australia-wide on all Save the Date orders. Your suites are flat-packed in reinforced, studio-grade packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, whether you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or beyond.

The Save the Dates Specifications

  • Dimensions: A 100x150mm premium cardstock invitation paired with a C6 colour envelope.
  • Craftsmanship: Choose from our signature Digital Ink, Hand-Pressed Metallic Foil, Slick Acrylic or Deep-Impression Letterpress.
  • Bespoke Shaping: Optional custom cut silhouettes (Arch, Wave, or Editorial shapes) to transform your card into a sculptural piece.
  • Mailing Ready: Includes a premium C6 envelope in a palette that complements your design. Optional Guest Address printing is available for a completely finished suite.

Assembly

Flat Shipping: To ensure your stationery arrives in pristine condition, items are shipped flat and carefully packaged.

DIY Assembly: Assembling, inserting cards into envelopes and applying postage stamps is required.

Ribbons & Thread: If you add Ribbon or Thread to your order, we tie these for you. Your invitations will arrive with the bows perfectly knotted and ready to be slipped into the envelope.

Please note that assembly is required for all invitation suites.

The Design Phase

Studio Collection:

  • Day 1 | The Details: Immediately after purchase, you will receive a link to our Design Form. This is where you submit your wording, dates, and confirmed guest list.
  • Day 1-3 | The Proof: Within 3 business days of receiving your form, your designer will send you a digital proof with your details perfectly typeset.
  • Refinement: Your order includes 2 rounds of text revisions to ensure every name and date is perfect. Once you sign off, we move straight to print.

Curated Collection:

Day 1 | The Brief:
 Immediately after purchase, you will receive a link to your Creative Brief. This is where you tell us your wording, colour preferences, and vibe.

Day 2–5 | The Concept: Your designer will create your three initial concepts.

Refinement: You have up to 4 rounds of revisions. Most couples approve their design within 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide feedback.

The Production Phase
Once you give your final "Print Approval," your suite enters our Perth production floor.

  • Standard Digital/UV: 7–10 business days.
  • Luxury Finishes (Foil/Letterpress): 4 weeks.
  • Rush Production: In a hurry? We offer expedited production (4-day Digital / 2 weeks Luxury) for an additional fee. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Etiquette & Guide

When should I send my wedding invitations?
We recommend mailing your invitations 3–6 months before the wedding date. For destination weddings, 6–9 months is advised.

What should the invitation wording include?
At minimum: hosts’ names, your names, date, time, venue, reception details, dress code, RSVP method + deadline, and any extra notes (e.g., “adults only” or “no gifts”).

Does the Studio Selection come with envelopes?
Yes. All Felicitations wedding invitations include premium blank envelopes as standard. Guest name printing is available as an optional upgrade.

Can I change the font in the Studio Selection?
To maintain the integrity of the design, fonts are fixed as per the sample. If you require custom font pairings, we recommend viewing our Curated Collection.

What is the difference between Digital and Letterpress?
Digital printing is a smooth, flat ink application perfect for crisp text and photos. Letterpress is an antique method where the design is physically pressed into the paper, creating a deep, tactile texture you can feel.
