You will receive a digital proof to review, and your investment includes two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure every name and date is perfect before we move to print.

The difference lies in the creative starting point:

Studio Selection: You choose from our portfolio of iconic, pre-designed layouts. You personalise the wording and luxury finishes for a strategic shortcut to guaranteed elegance.

Curated Design Match: Exclusively for our existing invitation clients. We adapt your specific Felicitations invitation suite -matching fonts, motifs, and styling - for a flawlessly cohesive aesthetic from the first invite to the final welcome.

Can I change the colours and wording from the examples?

Absolutely. Any design can be adapted to your chosen palette. After checkout, you will receive a Design Questionnaire where you can select your colours and provide your specific wording. Our designers will then typeset your details to ensure the layout remains sophisticated and balanced.

Can I order signs in different sizes?

While A5 is our studio standard for tabletop elegance, we offer a versatile range of dimensions to suit your display. From delicate A6 accents to larger A4 prompts, we can also accommodate custom size requests to perfectly fit your specific frames or stands.

What is the best material for outdoor settings?

For garden or coastal celebrations, we recommend our Signature Acrylic or UV-Printed 5mm PVC Foam Board. These architectural-grade materials are moisture-resistant and durable, ensuring your signage remains pristine and stable regardless of the elements, while maintaining a polished, high-end aesthetic.

Are design customisations available?

Absolutely. At Felicitations, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all templates. Every piece of small signage is manually typeset to match your wedding’s unique palette, typography, and tone. When should I place my order?

To ensure a seamless design and production experience, we recommend securing your seating chart at least 5 to 6 weeks before your wedding date. We understand that guest lists are often the final piece of the puzzle; booking early ensures your production slot is reserved, even if your names aren't finalised.

Print & Palette

Every wedding sign is made to order in our studio, allowing for complete flexibility to suit your event.

Fully Customisable: All wording, names, and dates can be tailored to your requirements. Our designers will adjust the layout to ensure your text sits perfectly within the design.

Curated Palettes: You are not limited to the colours shown. You can select any shade from our signature palette during your design questionnaire after checkout.

Cohesive Design: For existing clients, we will automatically align your signage with your Felicitations invitation suite for a seamless aesthetic.

Proofing Process: You will receive a digital proof of your design for review. We do not go to print until you have personally approved the layout and details.

  • Step 2 | The Digital Proof: Within 3 business days of receiving your details, your dedicated designer will provide a digital proof with your typography perfectly typeset for your review.
  • Step 3 | Refinement: Your investment includes two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is perfect. Once you provide "Print Approval," your design is locked for production.

The Production Phase

Once approved, your signage is meticulously crafted in our Perth studio.

  • Acrylic & Foam Board: 10 business days.
  • Fabric : 15 business days.
  • Priority Atelier (Rush): If your wedding is fast approaching, we offer expedited production (4 business days for Board/Acrylic or 1 week for Fabric) for an additional fee. Please contact us to ensure studio availability.

Which layout should I choose? For weddings with over 100 guests, an Alphabetical layout is highly recommended to prevent congestion at the entrance. For smaller, more intimate celebrations, grouping by Table Number creates a beautiful, traditional flow.

What is the best way to display my chart? Our A1 and A1 Long formats are the editorial standard for impact. Display them on a sturdy easel or a minimalist floor stand. For a freestanding look on plinths, we offer discreet kickstands (struts) that adhere to the back of the sign.

Can I hang my seating chart? Yes. If you are using a hanging frame or floral installation, select our "Display Holes" add-on. We will precision-drill 10mm holes to accommodate ribbons, S-hooks, or chic satin bows.
