What is the difference between the Studio Selection and your Curated Collection?

The difference lies in the level of creative customisation.

Studio Selection: This is our most efficient tier. You select from a portfolio of our most successful, iconic pre-designed layouts. You personalise the wording, select your luxury print finishes, and receive two complimentary rounds of revisions. It's a strategic shortcut to guaranteed elegance.

Curated Collection: This is a co-creative process. You provide inspiration, and your designer develops three personalised concept directions using elements from our 25-year archive. It offers greater creative freedom and more rounds of changes for a truly unique look, bridging the gap between ready-made and bespoke.

Personalisation in the Studio Selection is focused on efficiency and ensuring your details are flawlessly presented. You will:

  • Choose from our range of premium paper stocks and envelope colours, print methods, and luxury embellishments.
  • Receive two complimentary rounds of revisions to perfect your text and layout.
How does the 3-day design turnaround work?

The 3-day turnaround applies to the delivery of your initial digital proof from your designer, provided we have received your completed wording form. This expedited process ensures your project maintains momentum, getting your invitations into production faster than traditional custom design services.

Is the guest name printing truly complimentary?

Yes, absolutely. Guest name printing is included in the Studio Selection as standard. We believe a high-end, polished finish should be effortless, which is why we include this detail as part of the Felicitations luxury standard.

Please note that the digital invitation is supplied without guest name personalisations.

Does the investment listed cover everything?

The price listed covers the complete design journey and your chosen invitation suite, including a one-on-one collaboration with your designer. It also includes a matching on-the-day design for a cohesive look from first glance to final toast. The final price for your on-the-day stationery printing will be determined based on the quantities, paper, and luxury print finishes you choose.

Format Upgrades
Looking for a different scale? We offer two alternative formats to suit the tone of your event:

  • The Petite (100x150mm): An understated, intimate format.
  • The Traditional (A5 / 148x210mm): A grand, substantial size for formal affairs.

Assembly

  • Flat Shipping: To ensure your stationery arrives in pristine condition, items are shipped flat and carefully packaged.
  • DIY Assembly: Assembling, inserting cards into envelopes and applying postage stamps is required.
  • Ribbons & Thread: If you add Ribbon or Thread to your order, we tie these for you. Your invitations will arrive with the bows perfectly knotted and ready to be slipped into the envelope.

Please note that assembly is required for all invitation suites.

The Design Phase

  • Day 1 | The Details: Immediately after purchase, you will receive a link to our Studio Form. This is where you submit your wording, dates, and confirmed guest list.
  • Day 1-3 | The Proof: Within 3 business days of receiving your form, your designer will send you a digital proof with your details perfectly typeset.
  • Refinement: Your order includes 2 rounds of text revisions to ensure every name and date is perfect. Once you sign off, we move straight to print.

The Production Phase
Once you give your final "Print Approval," your suite enters our Perth production floor.

  • Standard Digital: 7–10 business days.
  • Luxury Finishes (Foil/Letterpress): 4 weeks.
  • Rush Production: In a hurry? We offer expedited production (4-day Digital / 2 weeks Luxury) for an additional fee. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Etiquette & Guide

When should I send my wedding invitations?
We recommend mailing your invitations 3–6 months before the wedding date. For destination weddings, 6–9 months is advised.

What should the invitation wording include?
At minimum: hosts’ names, your names, date, time, venue, reception details, dress code, RSVP method + deadline, and any extra notes (e.g., “adults only” or “no gifts”).

Does the Studio Selection come with envelopes?
Yes. All Felicitations wedding invitations include premium blank envelopes as standard. Guest name printing is available as an optional upgrade.

Can I change the font in the Studio Selection?
To maintain the integrity of the design, fonts are fixed as per the sample. If you require custom font pairings, we recommend viewing our Curated Collection.

What is the difference between Digital and Letterpress?
Digital printing is a smooth, flat ink application perfect for crisp text and photos. Letterpress is an antique method where the design is physically pressed into the paper, creating a deep, tactile texture you can feel.
